As a 1st AD, I strive to create an atmosphere which allows fellow crew members the chance to perform to the best of their ability in producing outstanding results. I believe enthusiasm and respect are crucial to a positive and successful working environment. While I consider it is vital to understand the challenges cast & crew are under, I always command the necessary authority without surrendering any efficiency to run the set, ensuring the production is on schedule, without compromising creativity.
